Tel Aviv – Jerusalem

The old testament in service of science – A joint study by Tel Aviv University, The Hebrew University, and Israel Antique Authority, recreated the Earth’s magnetic field on the day the Temple of Jerusalem
was destroyed in 586 BC. Relics from “The City of David” were evaluated
in a paleomagnetic lab and researchers were able to pinpoint a date, matching the old testament accounts.
